Adverse Effects:

Headache flushes oedema dizziness tachycardia hypotension GI upset vasodilatation lethargy paraesthesia skin reactions myalgia tremor visual disturbances
increased urinary frequency gingival hyperplasia gynaecomastia. Rarely hypersensitivity typejaundice impotence mood changes. MI ischaemic pain (discontinue).
