Indications:

Treatment of hypertension alone or in combination with other antihypertensives.
Treatment of diabetic nephropathy in pts with type 2 diabetes. OFF-LABEL:
Reduce proteinuria in children with chronic kidney disease.

Renal impairment unstented unilateral
or bilateral renal artery stenosis dehydration HF idiopathic or hereditary
angioedema or angioedema associated with ACE inhibitor therapy.
