Application Instructions:
Wash hands thoroughly before handling the cup.
Fold the cup as per the instructions provided.
Insert the folded cup into the vagina, ensuring it opens fully to create a seal.
Check for proper placement; the cup should sit comfortably below the cervix.
Remove and empty the cup at regular intervals (typically 4-12 hours depending on flow).
Clean the cup with water and mild soap after each use; sterilize by boiling as recommended.
